I want a plan for my plot.

 Topic: I want a plan for my plot.
I have a plot of following size.It has road on the North side.
North to South---36ft.
East to West------66ft.
I want to construct a house in the area of North to South---24ft and East to West 40 ft. leaving the rest of the area for parking and gardening.
I would like to have the following in the Ground floor.Kitchen,Puja,Dining ,Drawing and 2Bed rooms.
On the first floor 1BHK.
Can you please suggest me a suitable plan.

Hello..! Mohan MK.  Kindly go through "Gharexpert.com" to search plan according to your requirements and plot size...The building can be planned as per your demand and according to building byelaws by a local Qualified Architect/Engineer...A conceptual plan can be  supplied on your demand....Regards.
