Topic: Individual House Plan for 2200 Sq Feets

I purchased recently 47*50 (2200 Sq Feet) site. It is north faced.

As per our municipal rules and regulations it is compulsory to leave open area of 10 feet to north ,10 feet to south and also 7.5 feet at east side. There is only 1073 sq feet remains for construction.Please give me a plan of 2 floors.There should be 4 rooms including pooja room at ground floor and 3 rooms at second floor. I am planning to give second floor to my relative so as its entrance should be separate.
