 Topic: LOCATION OF KITCHEN
SIR, 
       MY PLOT IS 40 FEET FACING NORTH AND 50 FEET FACING WEST. IT IS A CORNER PLOT. I WANT TO ASK THAT WILL IT BE OK TO CONSTRUCT KITCHEN IN THE WEST PORTION AND STAIRCASE IN THE NORTH WEST DIRECTION AS PER  VASTU. THE PLOT DESIGN IS ATTACHED AS FILE 1. PLEASE RECOMMEND ME A DESIGN AS PER THE PLOT SIZE OR ALIKE YOUR EXISTING DESIGNS.

First of all kitchen can be constructed in west direction, but looking at your site plan I would recommend to construct in South-East direction or East direction as you have good space at SE direction.
Secondly Stairs should be constructed in West, South-West or South direction. It should be designed in such a way that the first flight should go up in South or West direction and then in opposite direction.
One more Important thing I have noticed in your site plan is your main gate. It is designed in the North-West direction. As per your plan it should be constructed in North-East or North direction, which is much necessary.
