I am planning to build 60*22 sq ft house in the first floor. I need guidance to prepare the layout plan. Please advise. thanks

Dear Geetha

          It is better to to contact an arcitect of your city which will help you in framing plan accordding to your need.

Join date: Oct 2011		Hi Geetha, layout plan can only be made by an expert or an architect. You can definitely choose what room to be on what side but the details have to taken care of by the architect. Good luck.
Also check www.dalmiabharat.com for some building tips.
