 Topic: Looking for good designs and estimation costs for 1000 sq yards marriage hall

I am looking for the construction ideas for the marriage hall to construct in the area of 1000 sq yards. Need estimation for shed construction (cheapest possible).

Is it best to construct everything using steel or build boundary of walls and shed roof on top of it?

How to minimise the costs please.

The location is Karimnagar, Andhra pradesh state, India

       In my view it is better to take help from architect for such type of project.
