Topic: Need advice for constructing commercial building with a pent house

Hello All,
I have a 40*60 plot where i have a ground and 1st floor houses. I want to demolish this old house and build a commercial space with a pent house. I would like to know what all have to be done right from demolition to the ready to occupy position of the constructed building. What all are needed like procedures that are to be followed and what would be the estimated cost for this whole project. I am planning to construct Basement + Ground Floor + 1st and 2nd Floor + 3 BHK pent house.
I need your guidance and advice on this as i have no idea about construction.

bhuvaneshwaran bn Join date: Sep 2016	1) Demolish Completely (if you hav Teak Wooden Doors/Windows will have resale value) the charges for this s Lump sum hence Consult atleast with three places and finalize who is cheaper. 2) Consult and Architect 2a) where he/she will visit the Site and location the water points(incase of Borewell)electricity. Chk the Site conditions and Issues related to the Site 3) Since You have your Overall Requirements in place.Architects wil Come up with Proposal and then you wil get a idea about the cost of the Newly constructed building I am a designer ,Hence Give me an oppurtunity and i can assure you the best design you with get as you wished it to be.
