I am in view that the tiles laid on the wall may be ceramic tiles or glazed tiles. These types of tiles have zero joint. The best and economical solution is to make putty with synthetic enumal paint and applied on joints which have no problem of drying and you can paint the tiles after 6 to 8 hours. You may do the syntetic enumal paint not the oil bound distemper or emulsion paint. The shade and color should not be light.

Thank you so much for your answer. Alas after not getting answer for a week I took my decision which was going for Point 3. i.e. areldite + sand treatment and then pup plaster of paris
Now that I have aready doen it I will stcik to the decision. However I want to realy thank ou for taking tiem out and ansering my quiery. You answering in the forms is what make Gharexpert a trusted website :)
