Hi
We did mistakenly one coat of birla white cement on newly plaster wall of my home without primer.. i forgot to do primer work first..

i m planning to do putty work after 6 month . can i do primer on wall in second coat instead of white cement coat.

         Do the primer after sand papering and cleaning the wall surface.
