Please advise the names of prominent/worthy/reasonable constructor to construct a house near Poonamallee, Chennai.

Size of the plot: 60 ft x 40 ft

This is east facing plot with the breadh as 40 feet (facing the street) and the length  (from the street) as 60 feet.

This is an approved  plot. I am yet to apply for building approval. Or in otherwords,

yet to start the ground work for construction. Guidance required as to how to

proceed.

Pl advise.
