|  Topic: Please advise where I can accomodate addiotnal toilet in plan attached
Hello experts,I need advise from you. I am construction a house And looking to accommodate an additional toilet Only(without bath) in the attached plan. This is west facing and first floor plan. my engineer says we cannot Accommodate, so please advise. Should be vaastu compliance.

Dear Mr. Naveen, I have gone through your planning, It is possible to have a small toilet under the second flight of stairs and its landing ,if stairs start clockwise from kitchen side,the width of stairs should be at least 3'6", to get a sufficient width inside toilet...Regards. | | |

for first floor ,in kitchen utility ,it is possible to have toilet but as per vastu it is not suitable ,also it requires sanitary arrangements at ground floor ....Regards. | | |
