 Topic: Plinth Area Rate per SQ.m of Building
While finding out preliminary estimate of building what should be Plinth area rate per sq.m of building should be considered??? ( for residential & commercial buildings)

       Plinth area rate is linked with the Drawings of the building and specification used in construction and type of building i.e house, office, store etc.However for general specification the rate may be from Rs 10000-00 to 12000-00 per sqm.
