Hi ,
         I came across your forum while researching location of pooja room. Below is the layout that I am currently reviewing to have the pooja room. Its next to toilet and kitchen. I will appreciate if you can please give your thoughts on the following questions : Thanks

1. Next to Toilet:   The entrance of the toilet is on the other side & I plan to have the idols on the east wall (that is would not share the same wall as the toilet). 
                            Vastu wise there appears to be a big no-no next to toilet but as long as the entrance of the toilet doesnt face the pooja room and i dont keep the idols on the west wall of the pooja room, I am thinking it should be fine. Any thoughts?


2. Next to Kitchen:   I also found online on vastu forums that its not advisable to have the pooja room next kitchen although the forums say that having the pooja room inside the kitchen is fine. I dont understand why next to kitchen is not ok and having it inside the kitchen appears to be fine. Any thoughts?
