Topic: RAT-TRAP BOND TECHNOLOGY

HI! MY POOJA GREETINGS TO ALL.

This is an excellent site for sharing opinion my dream house with the experts including the viewers of this site.

My question: 1)  What is RAT-TRAP BOND TECHNOLOGY ?

                    2) Dose it really reduce the cost of house construction  and is it better than traditional technology ?

                    3) Is it effective for 3 storied house construction in the climatic condition of SOUTH KOLKATA (West Bengal) ?

                    4) If the so called technology be applied in building construction, can it be cause of headache regarding the strength of the building ?

And lastly,   5) Is there be any specially trained labours required for this technology ?

Please provide the Pros and Cons regarding this RTB Technology so that I can proceed accordingly.

                    With regards to all...................   ANIRBAN

Rat-trap bond, also known as Chinese bond, is a type of garden wall bond similar to Flemish, but consisting of rowlocks and shiners instead of headers and stretchers (the stretchers and headers are laid on their sides, with the bed face of the stretcher facing outward). This gives a wall with an internal cavity bridged by the headers, hence the name. The main advantage of this bond is economy in use of bricks, giving a wall of one-brick thickness with fewer bricks than a solid bond.

But in my opinion use engish bond for strength.

Dear amit

Fly ash bricks are generally used for making curtain and partition walls of the houses/ buildings. Fly ash bricks are used in domestic building in the category of low or middle-income groups mostly have single or two storied dwelling units. Use of fly ash bricks in this type of construction is meant mainly to achieve economy and make profits.

Using new technology can have two sides, bad and good. Let's talk about the bad side of it. Your system can be affected by various malware and ransomware. To protect your data, I advice you to use this G Suite security service from  https://spinbackup.com/products/gsuite-security/, which in my opinion can help you with everything.
