 Topic: Rcc Piller Size
Firstly very informative website and great work with the articles. 
I have made the design of my house myself with some consultation and the help of this website. Initially I had planned to build only one floor however now I m planning to build the second floor too. The ground floor and the first floor is complete now but I m a little worried if I should build the second floor or not.
Please have a look the layout design here 

The size of all the pillars we have used is 6' x 18' 
The bars used is 12mm.
The thickness of the floor slab is 4.5'

Please advice if its okay to build the second floor or if there is anything else I need to do , I would really appretiate your help

         I think column size is 6''x 18''. It is better if you consult any structural engineer / civil engineer form your city , who will guide you after inspecting the site.
In my opinion columns as stated by you are weak.
