 Topic: Residential Structural needs
Dear Guptha sir,
I have the plot of 44 x 18 feet. I want build first floor and keep ground floor as parking area. 
1. Can you tell me no. of columns required with column size and size of steel and no. of steel to be used?
2. Beam size and size of steel and no. of steel to be used?
3. What would be the labour cost in coimbatore area ?
4. If i want to construct 9 inch wall between two column of slab size of 4.5 inch is it safe ? or any beam to be made between two column and how far from one column is good ?

       It is better to get structural design. The tentative nos of columns may be 8 to 10 nos with 12''x12'' size with at least 8 nos 16 mm size MS Steel bars.
