Rework required on blinth beam.

 Topic: Rework required on blinth beam.
Dear sir,
We are constucting a house with Grond(1400Sq Feet) , First (1600 Sq feet) floor and will extend the 2nd floor.

As per the structuarl drawing my builder has completed the blinth beam without included the all 11 column (total 16 column in the house)and only included front side 4 columns(help for support the steps and car parking area on top of the first floor) are extended to further support of the house.

This become a brick work construction without clolumn! 

This is really bad. Now i am discontinued the builder and i am planning to rework on reamining 11 column in the blinth beam! 

How can i do? Because column  steels are  inside the blinth beam and couldn't  join with and extend the remaining columns.

Please advice and it is really helpful.

Dear Ananth, Hello....! Really its very difficult to say anything withut seeing your plan and structural details, its my sincere advise that you should contact Local qualified Structural Engineer and Architect for further work ...regards

       You should follow the advice of Sh Navneet  that a Local qualified Structural Engineer/ civil engineer can solve this problem after inspecting the site.
    It is not clear from your question whether you laid footing for all the 16 columns or for only 4 columns.
