Topic: Road in front of a east facing plot

Please find the attached file. I have a plot facing a road. Its something like a L shaped road in front. Its clear in the picture attached. Right side of the plot is a huge park. Is it advisable to buy a plot of this kind? Please advise me.

It is highly advisable to get the plan and guidance from the vastu expert before buying the land. They are so many factors depend to judge the plot. By showing the land to the vastu expert, will certainly help you. Without proper guidance don't purchase this type of lands.
