|  Topic: SPECIFICATION INPUTS FOR MY HOUSE PLAN
Dears,
I am planning to construct house, I was a newbie on construction, frankly no idea on construction materials before one month, i started to read last one month on wards, with the help of Ghar Expert and few internet sources, I am little confident now and I have freezed my house specification to discuss / negotiate with the contractor, neverthless still not confident on my selection on certain cases whether done correctly.. I will also make it clear I am looking for decent specification as it this house is not for my own stay, it is been constructed to provide rent..
I am attaching the document, I would request the experts look my specification and correct somemay be not required and some may be mandatorily to be included.
