Dear Sanjeev
Rectangular and square shape plots are good for residence as per vastu. Gaumukhi plot is also considerable for residence. Irregular shape plot is not good for residence. If you want to build a house at such plot, make this plot square or rectangular after that build the house. This is the solution for irregular shaped plot.

Based on the dimensions given by you the plot turns out to have an extension in the Southwest rather than a Singhmukhi. In such a case the Northeast is at 90 degree but the Southwest has an acute angle formation. Such a plot will not yield good results either for residential or commercial purpose. Another point worth mentioning is that in a lion faced plot though it is recommended for commercial use
it depends largely on where the entrance is from and whether the extension is in the Northeast or the southwest.

i have purchased plot which is measuring 32 from east to west at the south of plot & 43 from west to east on the north of the plot, north to south measures 57 on other two sides, . houses are built around the plot, North west is extended more than north east. is this plot is as per vasthu, if not any remidy, what is the effect of this plot as per vasthu | | |

i purchased the plot measuring 32 ft from east to west at back (south of plot), 43 at front (north side of plot) depth of plot is 57 on both side. plot is north facing. north west is extended, north east also extended, but north west is extended more than north east.is this plot is as per vasthu, what are the effect, any remedy | | |
