Sir, I want to construct a home in my plot measuring 1200 Sq feet(South-west corner with dimensions south-30ft and west-40ft main road is on south side (30ft road) and on west-20 ft road). Dear Mr.Santosh,
The very first brick of a foundation must be laid in the eastern or northern part of the house.When digging the plot one must never start from the west, south or southwest direction.The very first room has to be constructed at southwest side.Construction of houses on a square or rectangular plot is extremely important and excellent from every aspect. However, if one opts for a rectangular shape, the proportion of the sides must never be more than two ratio one.Bigger sized plots are more favorable, as they tend to bring wealth. But they must not contain cleavages, or cracks.The house must always be open from every side, this means it must never be contiguous to any other building (two houses must never have a common wall). Also, a house must never be crammed between two houses.Plots with triangular shapes are extremely inauspicious.A small plot sandwiched between two bigger plots is inauspicious and the owner of such a plot can undergo a lot of problem.Before costructing your house do plot correction as per vastu.

Hello Santosh.
Even before thinking to construct a house on the SW corner plot please look into certain things.
1. History of the plot (As to who was the owner of that plot and why did he sell that plot)
2. What is the slope of the roads that you have defined.
3. Are there wells Bore wells, big Nulla adjoining your plot.
4. Check if the plot was in litigation before you had purchased.
5. IF you are Ok with above queries of your plot, ensure that you do not construct a gate, Well, Bore well, Underground water tank, septice tanks in the SW zone of your plot.
The reason for mentioning above queries is, SW property is a sensitive property it needs to be handled with care.
