We had hired Satish Kumar K, an M Arch in Architecture, from bangalore. His constrcution agency is named Torus Constructions. 2 years ago he started for our home construction, Even as i write this post, our house is not completed and Satish has taken almost 97% of the full contract money from us quoting various reasons, there is still about 10% work pending at the site and Satish does not pick up calls nor meets us from past 5-6 months. He has projects in bangalore and Coimbature and he stays 3 days every week in these cities. My ADVICE FOR THOSE WHO ARE PLANNING TO HIRE HIM, PLEASE DO NOT DO IT AND REPENT LATER, His quality of work especially during finishes is hopeless and you will be lucky even if he does it because he always tries to take away as much money from clients as possible and quits before finishes. The sub contractors and labourers who work for him are still not paid their dues.
Please avoid this man to be on safer side.
