Through hairline cracks above and below electric conduits in roof

Topic: Through hairline cracks above and below electric conduits in roof

There is a crack above and below in rcc roof slab at the center of roof just above electrical conduit, and due to it, there is water leakage, pls suggest for the repairing and is it harmful for structure of building in future.

From what I understand, the leakage is from terrace slab. The leakage is either because water proofing is not done for the roof slab or there is a damage in the water proofing. Both these requires immediate rectification.

I have found a post which details about how to rectify such issues. I found this very helpful. 


If rectified timely and properly, I think there shouldn't be any issue.
