You can either hire a separate architectural or any other consulting firm or you can also take help from some retired persons associated with the construction industry if they are available in your area. I have got RCC structure done on contract rates on a plot of 32.5*55 with UG+2, UG being 32.5*37+stairs. Suggest the reasonable contract rates for plaster work, floor (except tiles) with cement ratio. | | |

Water Sump, water tank, Side Walls, Gate and compound walls, Exterior elevation, interior fittings, windows and doors, paintings(exterior, interior, grill painting, plumbing, electrical works & fittings, wardrobe, kitchen fittings, terrace parapet walls, basement- first and second floor flooring, staircase, roofing, material lifting, Grill, bar bending & steel works, Drainage, centering etc
