Ugly brick wallI would like to cover my brick fireplace wall. It is a blonde brick and I really dont like it. I dislike painted brick almost as much so Id like to know if I can plaster over the brick and if so how do I go about it

As you have not attached the picture so I don;t know the material of your brick fireplace but you can use the info below. 

1) You should be able to plaster over the bricks or brick tiles. 
2) I don;t think it would be the case but still if ceremic tiles with brick finish are used then you would have to remove that material before plastering.
