Hi,
I am new to this site and am looking for help and advice from experts.. i am planning to construct 1st floor.. ground floor is already done.. 925 sq feet... and is 24 X 38 i think.. can get you proper measurement.. its not a square plot but rectangular... want to know if any one can help me with construction plan and cost for construction.. also need to if there is anyone who can help me out with building that 1st floor with cheapest possible cost..
