Worth a plot to buy in India

 Topic: Worth a plot to buy in India
I plan to buy a plot ( i prefer dead end plots )
This is a dead end plot of 3000 sq feet in Vadodara, Gujarat
but the only entry to this plot is 9 feet

I worry about car entry and is that size of entry a bad entry?

Should i buy it or not?

Join date: May 2014		For a car entry you need at least 8 feet gate. But preferred a 10 feet entrance.
