respected sir,

my name is Pratish Ahuja.

i am gonna buy plot right now i saw one plot with
size 65*35 ( depth*width ) &
i want 
1 big hall ( drawing room ) as shown in your picture gallery big one
2 big bedroom with attach bathroom
kitchen
lobby
puja ghar
1 store room

i want to know how much cost it will take to build such a house ?
is area is good or i need more area ?
if so please tell me how much area needed ?
