advice for silt/basement parking

 Topic: advice for silt/basement parking
my plot is 15 feet by 48 feet north facing road and south 8 feet gali. At present i have parking slab for 15 feet by 30 feet already exists with plot and 2 feet below present road. whethere i should go for basement parking 3 feet below road levelor silt parking.

        According to present situation, it is better for basement parking if rules allow there.
