Hi
i m constructing  home  for this we need to make agreement with contractor ,my question is that is ,to make  agreement only  with contractor is sufficient  or we need to have notary also of this agreement .

      You should make agreement with contractor and keep control on advance payment. If you made excess payment than what will notary do, at this stage you want to complete your house or engage in court See the link below.
