 Topic: beams and wall
pliz help me with details...i want to construct wall which is not below the beam(picture included with layout)...will it be structurally safe...its supposed to go till 3 storey...thanks

Join date: May 2014		The beam has to bear the load. its not needed if there is no wall (Load) above it. The wall has to be above the beam to divide the load other wise the Floor lantel would have its entire load which is not good.

     In my view it is better to consult any engineer of your town or city who can give better solution after visiting the site.
