Sir,
      There are many material for balcony railing in the market.all are good but that is up to your choice. when you're making a railing purchase decision make sure you are informed .know what you're buying and why some products are prices differently than others .you normally get you pay for. making an informed decision can help you select a railing material  and design that will stand the test of time. to avoid making a railing selection based on price only.

             The steel railing is beneficial as it does not require painting at the time fixing and afterwords. Its life is long, good looking but cost is high.
  Note;-  PLEASE  see the division of railing so that kids may be safe.
