|  Topic: buying plot in home town
Dear friend/experts,
I am planning to buy a plot. Please provide me your suggestions. I have the options in choosing between 3 sites available in the attached layout file.
All these plots are east facing. But i am concerned about slant/uneven border towards the west of the plot. And more over they are all bigger plots for a residential construction. So, please provide your valuable suggestions, can i buy the 40x83 or 35*72 plots, which plot can i choose and how best can i construct as per vastu.
Thanks in advance. Requesting you provide your honest suggestions without any hesitation.

Join date: Feb 2008 | Hi Dear, Ofcourse a bigger plot would give you more options when it would come to planning the home. You would have bigger garden area and more parking space. Other advantage with the 40/80 plot is that it has 2 big plots on both side. The 35/72 plot has smaller plots on the right which is usually not preferred.

Also, please check the attachment once and confirm if southwest is longer than north-west. I meant one side 76 and other side it is 72.
