can you suggest a plan for a south facing plot of 60x 30 need one bed room ,kitchen dinning,pooja and living room with car parking area in the ground floor and 2 bedroom in the first floor with sit our area(living room)all as per vastu

I do not think that you should go for ready-made plans. Every person has his own requirements. In fact, all the family members usually have different habits and hobbies. For their convenience, comforts you should hire an architect. Also, collect thoughts from all the members regarding the problems in current home and expectation from new home. It is very important part, which you should execute first before hiring. All the requirements and thoughts should be conveyed to architect.

also tell me the place where it exist so that it can be designed as per prevailing building bye laws of thar area.
