Dear sir, i am planning construct a 2BHK house on my existing G +1 building. please suggest me 1)can i go for change in total front elevation? 2) is that possible to change the front compound/gate structure.

building has a small office room in front portico which i want to rebuild as car parking. but the room is bearing the staircase to the first floor. how do i reconstruct it?

Dear Latha, It is easy to change the location of staircase but it all depends on the empty space on GF to relocate and the space where stairs opens on First floor. Can you please upload the plan so that we could suggest you something? Regards
