hi, i am planning to start  constructuction on the first floor.. its a commercial building. 2500 sqft. what would be the construction cost per sqft?  the building is in agartala,tripura.

Hello..Wrighbed, as it is a commercial building ,its cost depends or vary with RCC work,  involved in it...the structure cost will be around Rs.1000.per   sqft. appox..as I don't have any idea about your area..Kindly go through attached file ...regards
