hello, 
i live in a small city agartala capital of state tripura...i build my ground floor 10 years back..now i am planning to construct 1st floor(4000 sq.ft) which i want to give for rent to any office or bank..so can u tell me how much would it cost to construct per sq.ft.. i dont want to use the best meterials..

Dear Ram

For an estimate to find the cost, There are two ways one is detail estimate in which the estimate is framed on the basis of plan of the house, elevation and specification used in construction of the house.

The other method is tentative cost i.e. rough cost estimate. for calculation of cost by this method you can use gharexpert.com ESTIMATOR in this mehod place area and specifation and you get the cost.Link of estimator is given below.
