 Topic: what is cost of BEST construction to get plot of 500 sq yards constructed in gurgaon
Can you please guide me about following issues :
I am a doctor( surgeon ) in gurgaon 

1) what is cost of construction for BEST construction in gurgaon for 500 sq yards plot , basement , ground and first floor 

2) Is a nursing home setup ( commercial ) with operation theatre allowed in the basement in Gurgaon  as per HUDA regulations 

3) Can you help me with total construction , including designing , planning construction , monitoring the construction and getting different  permits

1.         The cost of construction is based on the plan ,elevation and specification used in the construction of building. For example the cost of basement is very less than ground, cost is also co related with types of foundation.
