 Topic: cost of construction of house
sir, 
I want to construct a 263 sq yrds house in Huda sector, gurgaon. stilt plus three 3BHK floors with lift well. the approx area per floor wud be 1300 sq feet. my query is:
What would be est cost of structure?
What would be total cost till completion?
Have you list of qualified & dependable contractors in Gurgaon to take up the job?
Should I go in for labour rate or full rate with material?

           The cost of the building / house can be calculated with the help of plan, elevation, section and structural drawing of the building and the specifications adopted during the construction i.e. type of flooring, type of wood used etc. Gharexpert.com website has facility for preparing detail estimate you can see at the link give below.
