cost of construction in hyderabad for 80 sq yd

 Topic: cost of construction in hyderabad for 80 sq yd
I am planning to construct a house in area 80 sq yd in hyderabad.  Whtat would be total cost of construction for one floor. and is it better to contract the whole construction or should i suply material and get the labour on daily basis(no contract).  Pls advise.  Thanks in advance

Join date: May 2014		It will cost you 7-8 lac's per floor all inclusive in good material.

          It is better to if you arrange the material yourself. let out the work on labor contract. If you have enough time than do work on daily wages. The cost is depends upon the specification and design of the house. However approximate cost is Rs 900 to 1000-00  per sqft .
