What is the cost difference between material labour contract and only a labour contract. What is the best cost to initiate discussion with the contractor for a 2 storyed house constructed on 30x40 plot with 4 rooms, 4 toilets, vitirfied tiles, honne doors

Purvi Panchal Join date: Aug 2012	Post subject: Construction Cost in this locality ( Indore M.P.) construction cost is 1200 rs. per sq feet including both material and labour. 160 rs per sq feet for labour contract only.

Navneet Jharia Join date: Dec 2010	Post subject: cost difference Dear Nithun, hello,, the cost of construction (per floor) given by Ms.Purvi is very correct...When you think about cost, it may vary with Quality of materials used Standerd / substanderd,type of labour Skilled /unskilled,Workmanship good / bad, etc. so think about very carefully...
