 Topic: dampness in bathroom,loft and staircase
Hi,

find the attached files, kindly any one explain how to solve the dampness issue.

        From your attachment and query, I am in view that tile terracing on the roof is not properly done.There may be following short coming
1. The slope is improper, which causes delay in rain water clearance.
2. There may be small pools in rainy season due to depression on terrace.
3. There may be small plants in the terrace in the tile joints.
4 Roof is not clean and have mulba which hinder the draining in water.
5 There may be small holes in joints created by ants.
             find out the cause, clean the roof with wire brush and broom, do the grouting again and pointing should be done on roof joints.
