Topic: foundation type confusion : pls suggest

For my duplex (GF & FF) residential house
As per my contractor four variations of foundation can be done,
i have to confirm one of these to start:

1. Column (Paya/pillars) in main locations like 12-16 and then only 3-6 inch ground scratching, and putting 1 feet rcc slab and then start brick work on it. I THINK ITS BEAM BOTTOM.

2. Option A - Awwal Brick Foundation & RCC Pillars
RCC Column 5.5x5.5 ft foot and 5 ft depth (Paya/pillars) in main locations like 12-16 and then 3 feet digging at all rooms,
dust, concrete Awwal Brick, filling work,
and then putting 9 inch to 1.25 feet rcc slab
and then start brick work on it.

2. Option B - Khatka Burnt Brick Foundation & RCC Pillars
RCC Column 5.5x5.5 ft foot and 5 ft depth (Paya/pillars) in main locations like 12-16 and then 3 feet digging at all rooms,
dust, concrete khatka burt Brick, filling work,
and then putting 9 inch to 1.25 feet rcc slab
and then start brick work on it.

2. Option C - Stone Foundation & RCC Pillars
RCC Column 5.5x5.5 ft foot and 5 ft depth (Paya/pillars) in main locations like 12-16 and then 3 feet digging at all rooms,
stone blocks, limestone, dust, concrete, filling work,
and then putting 9 inch to 1.25 feet rcc slab
and then start brick work on it.

What is best, and yet affordable for 2 story house.

Please suggest.

thanks

Dear
You should lay RCC column as per your plan and brick foundation with first class bricks.Keep 16 mm dia MS bars in column and footing 5.5x5.5 with 1' thick concrete and than concrete in slope in foundation. As like option 2a.
