Dear Sir,
What is the max. depth of footing for G+5.area 1200 sqf.

Hi Patel

It all depends on the soil type and which earthquake zone you are in, Please contact the local body which approves the building constructution as it involves 5 floors

      The design of foundation and footing is depend upon the load coming on it and the bearing capacity of soil. The depth is depend upon the availability of hard strata. If soil is of low bearing capacity than you should go for pile foundation for G+5.In my view if you are constructing G+5 than take proper design from structural engineer to avoid in mishap.
