guide me about low cost material for wall other than brick n all

 Topic: guide me about low cost material for wall other than brick n all
I want to build house on 2000 sqft area but my budget is low aprox 10 lacs thats y i want to low cost material for all my internal walls.

pls guide me..

       You should consider your idea about low cost walls, because the cost of land is very high and after some time you have to make another story on it than it is not possible to construct on weak wall.
For low cost wall if stone is easily available than it is cheap than brick walls.
If you have less budget than it is advisable that you construct the house up to roof level and than finish it according to budget availability.

Join date: Dec 2012		thnx sir but what u think about shera boad walls its vey easy to make wall from shera board and very cheap as well also or sandwicht walls ( prefabricated ) but only internal walls.....

Dear Saif

Shera board walls are partion wall which does not take load of structure, so extra expenditure to be made for making beam under slab so in this way these are not cheap as you want.

The sandwitch walls are costlier than brick walls.
