hai guys please help me out htere!!!write now i have 2 pacca rooms with east facing. now i want to renovate and extend it to 1 hall 1 kitchen and 1 bedroom along with 2 pacca rooms.totally it is 192 s/yard plot. the 2 pacca rooms dimensions are 10X12 & 10X12sft. so. what would be the approximate cost for total construction.

            You should contact  any architect with your old plan and new requirement and tell what type of changes your required finalize the plan of your house first..
For customize you can can contact support@gharexpert.com with your old plan and requirement.
 As per budget/ cost  depends upon the plan and changes and specification to be used during construction.

Join date: May 2014		It will cost you around 15-16 lac's all inclusive in good material. It includes renovation of existing 2 rooms and new construction.
