hi,i have 30 *40 plot ...i want to construct 1stfloor 2 bed room house and 2nd floor two single bed room houses and i want to leave ground floor for parking..how much wil be the cost of constuction if i use red bricks and granite flooring.. |

Different states / Towns / Cities have diffrent construction rules regarding FAR and construct able area, If you may mention your location maybe it would easier to provide some input.

Join date: Feb 2008 | Dear Sireesha, You can find some plans at the link below that are for the sites that are very similar to the plot size that you have. They will help you understand various options that you have and would help you to finalize your requirements.
Once your requirements are finalized you would need professional help to complete the planning.
