hi,i have 30 *40 plot ...i want to construct 1stfloor 2 bed room house and 2nd floor two single bed room houses and i want to leave ground floor for parking..how much wil be the cost of constuction if i use red bricks and granite flooring.. |

Different states / Towns / Cities have diffrent construction rules regarding FAR and construct able area, If you may mention your location maybe it would easier to provide some input.

Once your requirements are finalized you would need professional help to complete the planning.
