i have a plot of sized 72 sq meter (width=6meter,depth=12meter)
south facing and having only one road in frontside.exist structure as under






i want to build it proper by following the vaastu.kindly provide me a rough plan for double story with following requirement
at groundfloor drwing,dyning,kitchen,toilet and upstairs inside
first floor same as ,with terrase.

If you would like to plan according to vastu then you would have to look at the existing construction.

You have a pretty good space according to your requirement. Would you like to demolish existing structure? If no, please confirm the strength of the structure for first floor.
