 Topic: i have constructed a new house. in all bed rooms where all pipes are laid in roo
i have constructed a new house. in all bed rooms where all pipes are laid in roof for fan box a small hair line crack has been developed and now water mark is also coming when contineous rain happen for 4- 5 hours.I have checked ed that there is no water storage at roof.please providee me solution to stop major damages.

Join date: May 2014		Its a very common issue. 
It happens when the tile testing of the roof is not done properly. 
The roof will absorb the water from a very tiny whole and the electrical pipes are the only open spaces or a way for it.
Please have the roof repaired asap to avoid a serious electrical fault.
