Dear Joshi

       The term damp-proofing is to made treatment to save the building or its component from dampness.

 Damp-proofing starts from fondation in case of basement including both floor and walls.

Damp-proofing of wall at floor level by providing DPC.

Damp-proofing of roof from dampness.
