 Topic: i want to increase my clear height of house from 10.6 feet to 11 feet at ground
i want to increase my clear height of house from 10.6 feet to 11 feet at ground floor while doing new construction. what will be total cost variation if area of roof is 1500 sq feet

Dear sir,

Certainly there will be increased cost of the Building construction;
Really you want to know the exact increase of cost better send the typical plan showing the internal dimensions of all rooms. And the specifications like ; material (clay bricks/flyash/aerocan cellular etc.,)used for walls, finishings(plastering thickness, painting work).
Note: size of Columns and specification like details of reinforcement steel bars.

        The increase in cost is negligible for the total cost of the house. However 5% cost of brick masonry  in super structure will be increased, so the case of columns.
